Happy Travels in Brisbane helped us out with our East Coast itinerary and made everything super easy. Ed is very kind and helpful and knows the East Coast inside out. He understood exactly what type of trip we were planning and he helped us massively with deciding which companies to travel with as well as where to spend our time. Booked our whole east coast trip with Ed at Happy travels in brisbane recently and we left absolutely stoked for our trip, we had shopped around a fair bit and after only a few minutes sat down talking about what we wanted to do, it was clear Ed really knew his stuff. He helped us make a really solid plan and gave us an amazing price that made it all possible for us. If your planning to travel in Australia, I highly recommend sending Ed a message.

We’ve met Ed today at the nomads hostel Brisbane. We just had a nice chat and ended up booking a Fraser Island tour which was an amazing offer. We’ve spent 1,5 hours at happy travels, got a cappuccino for free and learned a lot about our east coast trip. I’m so glad we’ve met Ed, his knowledge is incredible, he felt as excited as we did as the booking was confirmed and he is such a lovely man. I highly recommend to do all bookings with him! We came to happy travels looking to book a Fraser island tour+whitsunday tour, and were lucky to find Ed, who helped us so so much. He immediately got a calendar and a map, and slowly but surely built us a great travel plan according to the trip we were hoping to have. It was great to hear someone who is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about traveling. We ended up booking three extra trips, including a dive at the great barrier reef. We spent more than two hours at Happy Travels, and I could not be happier or more satisfied with the tours we went on. HIGHLY recommend going to Happy Travels if you are looking to find some awesome tours and fun things to do in Australia.

These guys were absolutely phenomenal! They basically booked and sorted everything for my three week east coast Australia trip! I would recommend that every backpacker go through these guys for excursions and hostels! Erin and Ed were so kind and went above and beyond! Will definitely come back to sort out my next trip!

I had a great time booking with Ed at Happy Travels! He worked with me over the course of a week to book an east coast tour. He was engaging, patient and very knowledgeable which made me feel confident in my decisions. He was also able to provide insight on the best tours/hostels/events for my trip since he had tried out heaps of the tours himself! If you're looking for a travel agency that will book you a personalized trip, answer all of your questions, and make it an experience, go talk to these guys! 10/10 would do again.

I had a really good (read best) experience with Happy Travels. Ed was my contact person. He gave me all the information I needed to book my trip going up the east coast. When I was in a different city he was still willing to call (even after working hours) to help me book a trip for the very next day. I would definitely recommend hopping in at Happy Travels in Brisbane and ask for Ed. He’ll hook you up!

Thanks to Happy Travels! Me and my friend travelled down the eastcoast from Cairns to Sydney. On our stop in Brisbane we hopped into the happy travels office because we hadn't booked all our tours yet. Edward was very friendly and helpful. He booked us the tours we wanted and even recommended me a bungee jump which I did just yesterday and it was an amazing experience. It was very easy to book through happy travels and I would definitely do it again. We could also call and ask him if we had questions or any issues and he was there for us. Thank you!

Happy Travels is great, Ed and Harry are amazing! They helped me plan out my entire (very last minute) holidays in Australia and helped me arrange things for my trip to New Zealand. They really went the extra mile to make sure I got the tours that were the best option for me. They were very enthusiastic, kind, funny, honest, well informed about the available tours and they genuinely have your best interests in mind. My boyfriend and I went on the trip to Morton island where you get to go kayaking in glass bottom kayaks, snorkelling and sand boarding. There were hundreds of fish to see and the island itself is gorgeous. I’d definitely recommend if you’re solo travelling and want to meet people and just want an easy activity day planned out for you.
